 3D Academy

Elementary students from James Bolton Public School are getting some hands-on experience while learning some basic CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software! Students apart of The Alpha Dogs visit the school during their lunch periods to give these students a chance to see what robotics and design are all about.

Humberview Road Show

Each year, The Alpha Dogs participate in explaining the benefits of coming to Humberview Secondary School to grade 8 students at Allan Drive Middle School, Caledon East Public School and Palgrave Public School. The team demonstrates the robot and answers lots of questions to potential future Alpha Dogs.

Community Events

The team is very active in the community, attending events such as Ribfest, the Haunted Hill Run, the Santa Claus Parade, and many others. By being active in our community, the team gets to expose more people to the possibilities of STEM education, and get to represent the successes of our program and school.
